What To Do After Installing the Robinhood App?
After installing the application, you should be ready to link a bank account to transfer funds to your portfolio. On the website version you can easily do this by clicking “Account” on the top right. Then click on “Banking“. Then click “Add New Account“.
After adding a bank account, you will now be able to transfer funds to your Robinhood account. This will enable you to trade stocks in the Robinhood app.
Before investing, do learn about the risks involved in trading stocks. The stock market always goes up and down. You may gain or loose money when you invest. Always do research on the stocks that you are going to invest in.
The thing I like about Robinhood is that it is very easy to use. It is an application that enables you to trade on the go. Another thing I like is the ability to trade stocks without paying for commissions (you can trade for free, $0 commission).

How to Get More Free Stocks from Robinhood?

Within the Robinhood mobile app you can tap on the accounts tab (looks like a circle on top of a down facing capital letter D) located on the lower right portion of the screen.
You should see a tab that says “Invite friends, get free stock.” Using that tab, you can invite your friends and family to use the Robinhood app.
You will get a free stock for each member that joins Robinhood using your invitation. Everyone you invite will get a free stock from Robinhood as well.

Is Robinhood a Scam?
No, I do not think that Robinhood is a scam. Robinhood is a legit app that you can use to invest money in the stock market. Robinhood is safe to use and I think they have bank level encryption.
Robinhood is also a member of FINRA and SIPC which protects securities customers of its members up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash).
