Checkout 51 Review
Hello everyone! In this review I am going to write about a cash back app called Checkout 51. I will tell you what the Checkout 51 app is all about, how to earn and redeem from Checkout 51, and if Checkout 51 is legit or scam.

What Is Checkout 51 App?
Checkout 51 by Checkout 51 Inc. is primarily a website that gives cash back for buying groceries. Checkout 51 has an app available and it is available for Android and iOS users.
With Checkout 51 you earn cash back for shopping and I will tell you how below. You can’t expect to earn a lot of money from this app though.

Currently the Checkout 51 app has a review rating of 4.5 stars on Google Play and 4.1 stars on the App Store.
Checkout 51 Requirements:
Checkout 51 is available in the United States and Canada. Not available in Puerto Rico.
There is a limit of 1 device per account. Every household member can create an account as long as you only have one account per device.
You can upload a receipt only once. Uploading the same receipt on different accounts will be a violation of Checkout 51 Terms.
You will need a dependable wi-fi or data to use this money making app.
How To Earn On Checkout 51 App? How Checkout 51 Works?
First you have to create an account with Checkout 51.

It is FREE to create an account. Don’t forget to verify your email if you’re signing up via email.
Step 1: Download The App
After creating your account using the link above, go ahead and download the Checkout 51 App either from the App Store or the Google Play Store or even better use the tip below. It is FREE to download and install the Checkout 51 app.
Tip: There are websites that pays you to download the Checkout 51 app, and I will list them in the “Other Recommended Apps…” section in the very last part of this blog post.
Step 2: Browse And Buy
Open the Checkout 51 App and view the list of product offers available. You can tap the star on the right side to mark a product offer as a favorite. Read the offers carefully and make sure that you are buying the right products to qualify for the cash back.
Note: Checkout 51 product offers will update every Thursday, be sure to check the offers for changes every Thursday. Also note that offers will run out like in the screenshot below, it will say “0 remaining.”
After selecting which offers you want to buy, just go to the store and buy the products in your list. Also check if the offer is available for the store you are going to shop from.
Step 3: Select Your Offers
After shopping, be sure to grab your receipt. You will need to take a picture of the receipt as proof that you bought the product offers.
Note: Not all offers are product offers, there is a $500 sweepstakes offer and money offers for being a Sam’s club member.
Tap on “Upload Receipt” located at the bottom of the screen when you’re ready to submit a receipt. Take a picture of the whole receipt. Then select all of the offers that you have done.
You will receive a notification in the app and in your email inbox when Checkout 51 has processed the receipt you submitted. Processing will take about 48 hours.
When everything is approved, you will get your cash back and the amount will be added to your Checkout 51 account balance.

Note: As you will note on the screenshot above, there is a time limit when you can purchase the item and the receipt uploaded. All offers are limited in quantity and they will run out. For online purchases, you can use the packing slip as proof of your purchase. Last important note is that there are offers that will not stack when you use clipped coupons or other coupons redeemed on other apps or websites. Always read the offer details or conditions carefully.
Another Way To Earn From Checkout 51:
There is another way to earn from Checkout 51 and that is by referring friends to use Checkout 51.
When you refer people to join Checkout 51 you get $10 added to your Checkout 51 account when the one you referred will redeem their first offer.
The people you refer will also get FREE $5 in their account balance for being your referral.
You will get this referral option on one of the emails coming from Checkout 51. When you receive an email from Checkout 51, scroll down to the very bottom, this is where you will find your referral button.
Checkout 51 Sign Up Bonus:
When you redeem your first offer, you will get the sign up bonus which is a free $0.50 added to your account balance.
Redeeming On The Checkout 51 App:
The minimum cash out for Checkout 51 is $20. This means that you can only cash out when you accumulate at least $20 in your Checkout 51 account balance. I have never experienced cashing out on this app yet. Currently, I have $13 on my Checkout 51 account balance.
Once you’re ready to cash out, follow the steps on cashing out below. You get a check mailed to you for the amount that you have in your Checkout 51 account balance. You can choose to accumulate more money or just cash out at $20.
To cash out, just tap on the figure on the top left corner of the screen. You should be able to see your account balance and the “Cash Out” button. Tap the “Cash Out” button once you reach at least $20 on your account.
There will be a form to enter your mailing address during the cash out process. This is required so that Checkout 51 would know where to send your check.
Is Checkout 51 App Legit?
Checkout 51 is a legit app in my opinion. I just don’t like the check mailing cash out method. This cash out method of check payments is tedious and takes a longer time to be delivered. And then you will still need to deposit the check and wait for it to clear in the bank.
Checkout 51 product offers are very limited for me, I mean, I just don’t buy the stuff they have on their cash back list. There are times that I would be able to buy some of the products that has offers, but most of the time, they just don’t have the products that I need to buy for groceries.
The income you can earn from Checkout 51 is not that high. However, you can earn extra cash for free using the Checkout 51 app.
Checkout 51 is perfect for someone that is looking to earn extra money for doing something they already do like grocery shopping.

Other Recommended Apps To Use:
Fortunately, there are other apps you can use together with Checkout 51 to be able to earn even more cash.
Earn more cash by using the following apps in addition to using Checkout 51.
1. Ibotta – This is another cash back app that you can use to scan your grocery receipt to gain additional cash back. You can scan the same receipt that you used on Checkout 51.
There will be times that Ibotta and Checkout 51 will have the same product offers. This means that you get twice the cash back for buying that product.

2. Swagbucks – Swagbucks is a GPT (Get Paid To) website. You will be paid to do certain tasks. There is a variety of tasks that you can do. A nice tip is you can use Swagbucks and then get paid to download the Checkout 51 app.

5. CheckPoints – This app will get you points for just being in a grocery store. Very easy to earn using this app. You don’t even need to scan a receipt. Just open this app then check-in and collect your points. There is also an option to scan products in-store to earn more points.
