This is one of my favorite website to earn free PayPal cash. It is a GPT (Get Paid To) type of site where you do small tasks online and earn an equivalent points.
Earnably is one of the apps that pay with PayPal.
The amount you earn will depend on the offers that you do. There are a lot of free offers available and you can even do surveys if you love those.
I earn passively by watching videos. The thing to note when earning passively by watching videos is that you will earn less than doing offers and surveys.
You earn points that you can convert to PayPal cash. The minimum cashout is at $1 PayPal for 125 points. I usually cashout at $5 for 500 points.
There are also numerous gift cards available if you want to exchange your points for gift cards.

2. Swagbucks
Swagbucks is also a GPT site like Earnably. There are a lot of ways to earn. There are also apps available for Android and iOS.

There are surveys in Swagbucks that may pay up to $35 per survey. If you like doing surveys, then you should try the high paying surveys from Swagbucks.
I earn semi-passively using the Swagbucks Mobile applications by watching videos and ads. I am using the Swagbucks Mobile apps to earn PayPal cash.
In Swagbucks you earn Swag Bucks (SBs) which you can exchange for PayPal cash. The minimum for a PayPal cashout is 700 SBs for $5 PayPal.

3. InboxDollars
InboxDollars is another famous GPT site, known for paying their members to confirm emails that InboxDollars send to their inboxes.
InboxDollars is the first money making app that I ever used and I used to do surveys on their mobile app. The InboxDollars mobile app is available for Android and iOS.

For surveys, just do the high paying ones ($0.50 to $1.00 or more) that takes about 15 minutes to finish. These are rare but you just have to look. I even had one survey that paid $5.

Rakuten or Ebates is a cashback site. They also have a mobile app available for Android and iOS users.
Rakuten will give you cashback for your online purchases that you make through their app or site. You can earn up to 10% of your purchase money back.
You can also earn cashback at partnered merchants by purchasing using a linked credit card.

5. TopCashback
TopCashback is one of the apps that pay in PayPal cash. TopCashback is available for Android and Apple device users. TopCashback also has a website available.
TopCashback is just like Rakuten where you shop through their portal and earn cash back for completing a purchase.
TopCashback claims to have the highest cashback offers up to 70% cashback.

BeFrugal is another cashback site like Rakuten and TopCashback. BeFrugal also has mobile apps that earn you PayPal cash.
Their mobile app is available for both Android and iOS.
BeFrugal has partnered with over 5,000 retailers so that you can earn cash back from them.
You can earn up to 40% cash back from their partner retailers.
The minimum cashout threshold for BeFrugal is a bit high at $25. You can cash out to PayPal, direct deposit, gift cards or via check in the mail.

Ibotta is a mobile cash back app available for iOS and Android.
With Ibotta you get paid for scanning your grocery receipts with product offers. You can also earn cashback by shopping through the Ibotta app.
Ibotta is one of the apps that pay PayPal cash.
You also earn the dollar amount in Ibotta which makes it easy to see how much you are really earning.
The payout is via PayPal or through gift cards and the minimum is $20 to be able to redeem your cash.
Note that you will earn your free $10 from Ibotta after you submit a receipt that has a product offer.
8. Receipt Hog
Receipt Hog is one of the apps that pay you PayPal cash. It is a mobile cashback app like Ibotta and it is available for iOS and Android users.
You need to scan your grocery receipts to be able to earn with Receipt Hog. But unlike Ibotta, you can scan grocery receipts without the hassle of verifying product offers.
Receipt Hog is truly a scan receipt and earn type of mobile app.
With this app you earn coins which you can exchange for PayPal cash or an Amazon gift card.
The minimum to be able to redeem with Receipt Hog is 1,000 coins which is equivalent to $5 PayPal cash.

9. Pei
Pei is one of the apps that pay you PayPal cash. Pei is a mobile app available for Android and iOS.
Pei is an automatic cashback app and it is passive after you set it up.
With Pei you link your favorite cashback card to your Pei account and you earn automatic cashbacks when you make purchases using the linked card.
In the Pei app you earn points which you can exchange for rewards. Basically 100 points is equivalent to $1.00.
The minimum cashout is a bit high at $25 or 2,500 points. And you can cashout via PayPal, gift cards or Bitcoins.
What I like about the Pei app is that points are automatically added to your Pei account and you can earn around 1% in cashback from your purchases with qualified retailers.

10. Dosh
Dosh is another automatic cashback app similar to the Pei app. Dosh is included in the list of apps that pay cash to PayPal.
The Dosh app is available for iOS and Android devices.
You will also need to link a card to Dosh to start earning cashback. Plus you can also earn cashback shopping through their app.
This is my recommended cashback card to use together with automatic cashback apps like Pei or Dosh.
Another thing to note is that you can use Pei and Dosh together to stack cashbacks.
The minimum amount to cash out with Dosh is $25 and you can send your cash to PayPal or directly to your bank.

The CashMagnet app is one of the most passive earning apps that I have used. This app is only available to Android users.
When you press the button in the app, your phone will start automatically surfing sites and you earn points.
You can then exchange these points for PayPal cash or an Amazon gift card.

14. Respondent
Respondent is a high paying survey site. Interviews are one-on-one through call or webcam.
The average pay is $140 per hour of interview.
There is no minimum cash out threshold. And they will send your PayPal cash in about a week.
15. PaidViewpoint
You usually complete short surveys with PaidViewpoint.
You can cashout at $15 to your PayPal account.

16. UserTesting
UserTesting is not really a survey site but it is similar as you get paid to review apps or sites.
UserTesting will pay you $10 via PayPal for completing a 20 minute review of a site or app.

Survey Junkie has a mobile app available on iOS and Android. This allows users to take surveys on the go.
Average survey will pay around $0.20 to $2.
You will earn points for every survey that you complete. But you won’t get credit if you get disqualified for a survey (just like every other survey site).
You can convert your points to PayPal and the minimum amount to be able to cash out is at $5 for 500 points. Basically $1 is 100 points.
There are some complaints of sudden account closures and people not receiving their payouts so be wary of these and contact their support team immediately.
19. Opinion Outpost
Opinion Outpost is a survey website. Mostly the same as other survey sites like Survey Junkie.
They will send out survey invitations to your email so be ready to receive a lot of emails when signing up using your personal email.
One thing you could do is to create a separate email for survey sites like this one.
And like other survey sites, you will not qualify for all the surveys that they will send out to you. And you only get points for surveys that you complete.
You will earn points to convert to PayPal cash or gift cards. 100 points is equivalent to $10 and this is the minimum PayPal cash out for Opinion Outpost.
