Join Survey Junkie as a survey taking member and create your profile. Survey Junkie will then match you to relevant surveys.
Everytime you complete a survey you earn virtual points. You can then redeem these points for PayPal cash or e-gift cards.
Note: You still earn points even if you don’t qualify for a survey.

You can sign up via Facebook, Google account or email login. Choose a login method and click the “Sign Up” button. Don’t forget to check that you agree to their Terms and Privacy Policy.
Note: I use email to login to money making sites and apps. And I use a separate email from my personal email so it is easier to organize and keep track of the survey opportunities.
You will be prompted to set up your account and create a profile. They will collect your Zip or Postal Code, Country, Date of Birth, Gender, Name and it will prompt you to create a password.

How To Redeem Survey Junkie Points? Survey Junkie Payout
Now we know that we earn points for completing surveys, each survey may take 10 to 30 mins to complete and pays from 5 to 105 points in my experience so far.
Note: I’ve read that survey points will depend on how active you are, so the more surveys you take the more Survey Junkie sends you the better paying surveys. I just take about 5 surveys a day, taking too many might waste my time.
When redeeming Survey Junkie points the conversion is $1 per 100 points.
As of writing this post, the minimum redemption is $5.00. This means that you need to accumulate 500 points before you can be able cashout your points.
Once you have 500 points, click on your name located in the upper right corner of the screen on the Survey Junkie website.
Then click on ‘My Points’ or you can click on ‘Lifetime Points’ on the left part of the dashboard screen.
Then choose a payment method. This will be either PayPal cash or e-giftcards like Amazon or Target.

Do Survey Junkie Points Expire?
I’ve read that points do expire after 12 months of not doing any surveys.
To prevent Survey Junkie points from expiring, you just need to take 1 survey every 12 months.

Another way to earn from Survey Junkie is through ‘Survey Pulse’. This is more passive than taking surveys.
You can download the Survey Junkie (SJ) Pulse extension for your browser or you can opt-in using the Survey Junkie app.
This will allow Survey Junkie to collect or monitor your online activity behaviors and share them with brands.
Stay active for 1 month and you will receive automatic bonus points. If you cancel or opt-out early you will not get any points at all.
Is Survey Junkie Safe?
Your information will be anonymous and Survey Junkie claims that the SJ Pulse extension will not collect sensitive data like email addresses, usernames, passwords, or credit card numbers.

Is Survey Junkie Legit?
Survey Junkie is a legit site to earn some extra cash on the side. It can be a side hustle and it is extra cash.
But the extra cash you will make here won’t make you rich or it won’t be able to make you quit your job.
It can pay for your coffee or some make enough to pay for their monthly streaming subscription like Netflix or Disney plus.
Is it worth your time? Only you can answer this question, I just do 5 surveys a day complete or not. Give yourself a daily limit so you won’t waste too much time doing surveys.
